All services are subject to a detailed quotation and agreement.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided by Tundra Hearth are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
  • A custom design deposit may be required before detailed design work commences.
  • Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and an initial deposit, as outlined in your specific contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your project contract. Generally, payments are structured as a deposit, staged payments during project milestones, and a final payment upon satisfactory completion. Details will vary based on project scope.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are stated in your project agreement. Generally, deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable once design and material procurement have commenced due to the custom nature of our products and services.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and content generated by Tundra Hearth remain the intellectual property of Tundra Hearth until full payment and project completion, at which point ownership of the physical product transfers to the client. Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Tundra Hearth and protected by copyright laws.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to properties, making prompt decisions, and ensuring that any necessary permits or approvals for work are obtained (unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract).

8. Limitation of Liability

Tundra Hearth will perform its services with reasonable skill and care. However, Tundra Hearth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Tundra Hearth reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
